QuickIVR-overview
For developing call center satisfying customer's needs without programming

Simply by arranging and setting our provided objects made up with knowledge of developing and providing voice response system, we can construct the call flow.

We provide all convenient but complicated features by dialog module.

For example to memorize actions made previously such as answers made by a customer to questions like "do you prefer A or B?" will be recorded and then be skipped in the next time the customer call to.

Proficient test tools are prepared for local test.

constructed call flows can be tested on PC before adopted to practical environment.

PC's sound card can be used for message playback and recording. Touch tone inputs can be substituted by using a keyboard.

break feature, variable change can also be test.

furtherly, for multiple line environment, aging test is provided especially for database alignment.

QuickIVR-features
various objects are provided corresponding to essential features of a voice response system.
telephone features

objects for incoming calls, dialing, transmission, disconnect and provided. for example, time period for accepting incoming calls;if call ID cannot be obtained, then playback a message and disconnect;

database features

table specification, action specification(load, update, insert...), stored procedure loading, rollback, and etc.

message features

message composition (eg, pre-stored message and variable informations) and playback

data features

arithmetic operations ,duplication, split datas which are input or loaded.

checking features

number, range, value, date and time format, digit, string validation

dialog module

branch, choice, repeat customer, date and time computation, date and time input confirmation

branch processing feature

branch with value, with date, time.

inform

message record, mail inform

extension feature

interaction with host computer can be realized by simply created a dll

QuickIVR-Callflow design

Even the thick design manual is not necessary when using QuickIVR to construct voice responce system. The flowchart is directly designed to be a callflow. for example in the graph, when the customer validated his membership by input id and password, the voice response system will goto the application process. QuickIVR first construct the outline flowchart, and then describe detail features on other pages in a hierarchy structure.

QuickIVR- design beautiful callflow

In QuickIVR, various box and symbol types are provided to design individual, concise and beatiful callflows

QuickIVR- database full support

table load, update, insert, stored procedure and callback are supported. The database format supported is MsSQL.

QuickIVR- local test features

by setting breakpoint and tracing on parameters, local test can be inducted and output for each feature.

QuickIVR- system structure

the system of QuickIVR is run as SaaS type and located on a data center which our company is in charge of. Of course, multi-tanent is supported for executing multiple applications contemporarily. Now we connected QuickIVR's runtime server to IP-PBX and took the advantage of IP-PBX's transmission feature for fusion network communication. In the near future, the path for customers to upload applications to QuickIVR's runtime server will be available.

QuickIVR - sample callflows

QuickIVR itself has already provided the following application samples for various purpose Users can first localtest the samples and replece the voice message by user specified ones to construct callflows.
