T-VACS (1989-1995)
A developing tool enabled multiple applications and multiple lines management under MS-DOS environment with EDS(a multi task moniter product). We also provided several libraries for data communication among applications.

The control applications provided by T-VACS:

  • We also released EDS-V86 to overcome the memory restriction on MS-DOS
PGP(1995- )
A windows based voice response system developing tool Since it was released in 1995, it has been on shelf for 16 years and become a top sale product in Japan(including OEM).
With PGP, Siers can easily design their own voice response systems under a GUI interface. The steps of designing is just to arrange the icons and connect them with lines. After that, we can test the systems on the computers. Other than this, PGP can also cooperate with other softwares by using the inter-process communication to send and receive information.
The lines PGP is supporting are analog line (Dialogic board), INS64 line(NMS board), INS1500(Dialogic:NMS board), Fax line(Dialogic:brooktrout board), IP(Dialogic:HMS) and video control (NMS board).
Voice Adapter (1998-)
A device which enables laptops to run voice response systems.(the common sound card are designed for servers). This product can work as a single-line telephone and provide voice replay and recording via speakers and microphone. uPGP, a software which contains PGP's functions can be used with this device.
Callagent (1998-2008)
Callagent is a windows-based contact center developing tool. It is composed with a GUI developing tool and a runtime module for UnPBX functions. The functions of UnPBX supported are predictive call, ACD, IVR, voice recording and etc.
Voice Catcher (2003-)
It can be adopted in a short term by connecting to the existing PBX system to collect informations. When QuickCRM is used for outbound processing, it can be linked with the name of operators.
Callagent.net (2005-)
Callagent.net is a all-in-one package with both inbound and outbound functions based on Callagent. It enables customers to design their own applications without programming like QuickCRM
Quickcall (2008-2009)
Quickcall is a outbound specified contact center developing framework. It mainly faced to the small outbound systems sizing of 20-30 seats and now has been set as a part of QuickCRM system.
QuickCRM/Mate (2008-2010)
QuickCRM/Mate is an application for operator's data entry work. It supported CSV file import, input area pulldown, button change features. Customers can download it from our homepage for trial.

QuickIVR (2010-)
QuickIVR is a SaaS type powerful call flow developing tool including a plenty of samples to provide customers all essential functions of a voice response system as components. Constructed call flows can be tested on PC before adopted to practical environment.
PC's sound card can be used for message playback and recording. Touch tone inputs can be substituted by using a keyboard. This product has Japanese, English and Chinese Version.
